Kirk Widner

Executive Director, Care Management Operations

Kirk Widner is the Senior Director of PBM Care Management Services and is responsible for Accordant’s clinical and member engagement operations for rare and complex programs. After he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, he started his career in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. He has over 25 years of combined experience in clinical delivery, population health management, project and product management and consulting.

Mr. Widner has been with the CVS Health enterprise for more the 17 years, which includes leadership roles in Aetna, Inc. and ActiveHealth Management in care management operations, product development, implementation and quality, compliance and accreditation. Prior to CVS Health, he worked in healthcare consulting with the U.S. and International governments and disability management services.

Mr. Widner obtained his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. He grew up in Colquitt, Georgia and currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, DC., with his family.

Angela S. Inman, RN, BS, CCM

Chief Nursing Officer

As Chief Nursing Officer for Accordant Health Services, Angela Inman supports professional development activities, clinical excellence initiatives, clinical advisors and the health informatics team supporting program maintenance and new program development. Ms. Inman has 20 years of rare condition management holding positions as Case Manager, Manager, and Director of Clinical Operations prior to assuming her current role.

Ms. Inman is a Registered Nurse, holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management and is a Certified Case Manager. She has worked in various clinical settings including gastroenterology, orthopedics, women’s services as well as utilization and case management for a health insurance company. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.

Katrina Rorer RN, CCM, CHC

Director, Quality & Accreditation

As Director of Quality and Accreditation, Katrina Rorer is responsible for quality program activities, accreditation, training and continuing education, and the nursing licensure team.

Ms. Rorer has been with CVS for 15 years, holding positions as a Complex Case Manager, Quality Reviewer, and Clinical Outcomes Manager, prior to assuming her current role.

Ms. Rorer has an associate degree in nursing with over 27 years of experience in various clinical settings including post anesthesia care, critical care, and cardiology. Additionally, she holds Case Management and Health Coaching certifications.
